Get out of town.  Move to higher ground. Preferably not in the path of hurricane Barry (or is it Barack?).
Using the sense God gave a goose, you should not be living in a coastal area in a city well below sea level, marginally protected by a levee built by the Army Corp of Engineers, using pumps built by the lowest bidder.  Don’t wait for Mayor Cantrell to issue evacuation orders.  GTFO.
