The Extended Metaphor
Picture America as the pedestrian walking down the street, continually being jostled by people who want her to change. Here a liberal puts a hand on her shoulder trying to hold her back, then a conservative with a hand in the middle of her back pushing her onward. Out of the blue a Chinese Communist on a moped drives by and cuts the strap on her purse and drives off with it. Radical Islamists run by swinging a baseball bat at her head, she ducks but receives a bad contusion and cuts. (this asshole stays on the scene occasionally taking swings). The Chinese Communist makes another run at America, misses her wallet and cuts her jugular vein. America falters, swoons from the loss of blood. Other criminals strike and cut America while she is weak. Bystanders (voters, members of Congress, political party leaders) come up to observe and offer suggestions as to how best treat the patient, for that is what America has become....a medical patient on the street not yet on life support.
America lies bleeding on the pavement, Congress, (both parties) comes up and whispers in her ear that she needs to take better care of herself, quit smoking and lose some weight. Congress then rummages in her pockets for what is left of her money. Members of Congress are the doctors we've elected to make America well. Our President Obama (Chief Surgeon), stands off picking the pockets of the surrounding crowd and directing Congress' actions, giving a speech on the hazards of walking. Mexico offers heroin and sends its hordes to help Obama pick the crowd's pockets. Rather than apply bandages to the jugular vein or perform necessary surgery, Dr. Congress wrings his hands and asks lobbyists what they should do to fix the patient, all the while taking money for involving the lobbyists who sell bandages and bogus balms. Liberals begin to rummage in her pockets for money that she "owes" them, and stealing from those around them.

America is tired, sick and wounded; beset on all sides by her enemies. Leeches and ne'er do wells are the enemy, as are those actively involved in seeking her demise (China, Communists of any color, Islam). The bystanders must become active participants in protecting America. They must place themselves between America and those that would harm her. The Obama administration, which is wholly socialist, (and somewhat racist, and Marxist), has placed itself as an enemy of America. They do not have America's best interests at heart. They say, nationalism and patriotism are wrong. Our colleges and universities would have you believe that both are anathema to America. America seems to have a systemic infection of bacterium and viruses that start in our schools. Elementary through Universities. Our probiotics need to prevail. Antibiotics may need to be administered. The distinction is important. While it may be prudent to kill off the bad bugs, it would be better to out populate them.
Our current government seems to think that bleeding the patient or applying leeches will heal her; this is medieval. Modern medicine says to stitch up the wound, staunch the bleeding, give her fluids to restore blood volume and nutrients to help her heal herself. Is it too late to save her?

Is anybody watching?
Obama is a cancer in the White House. Soros is angiogenic to it. The cancer needs to be excised, the vein cauterized, the wound cleaned and stitched back up. And, to extend the metaphor, antibiotics given to the patient. Patriots are the antibiotic, and those who hate (the patient) America are the bacterium. Who will perform the surgery? That is up to the electorate. And afterwards, just as you wouldn't allow the recovering patient to consort with still ill patients, the media needs cleaned up. As it is the main source of germ warfare in this country. Its become a breeding ground for an evil soup of Marxist thought and liberalism. The concoction is conceived and cooked up in universities all across America and abroad. There is a grand plan to bring down America, and it's been hatched in the hearts of it's enemies. State players: Russia, China, North Korea, Non state Players, the Bilderberg group, the Council on Foreign Relations and a religious one, Islam. We are dutifully dancing to their unheard song. For example: while the number of guns recovered in crimes then traced to states that sold the gun is tracked and followed. The decrease in crime in those states aren't mentioned. According to the study, Florida, (the state in which I live) is one of 10 states that sold 70% of guns used in crimes. The study failed to mention that violent crimes in Florida dropped by over twelve thousand occurrences over the last five years. (cited FBI crime statistics)

Tim Geitner is a LIAR!
Unions are run by communists and socialists, though where the distinction lies I don't know.
States exhibit #1: Trumpka. AFL-CIO Czar, handpicked by outgoing Prez Sweeney. Behind the scenes forcing votes, intimidation, inflating membership by mandating worker union membership. 'If you ain't Union, you aint workin'. The debacle in Wisconsin is his doing. Every bit, the intimidation, the chanting, the beatings of reporters and people willing to work. Further evidence of the takeover of the Teacher's Union by socialist thugs.
States #2: Obama vowing U.S. Government backing for Union bosses, makes me truly think our President is a communist also. He is for requiring Union membership for every worker. Working hand in hand with Van Jones and by proxy George Soros, phone conversations, emails.
Trumpka pleading the 5th whenever questions got too close to the truth in Teamster scandals. According to the NRLA, a person is not required to become a Union member. But just try to get a job, no matter your qualifications. You'd have better luck getting a glass of ice water in hell.
Ron Bloom, another Union stooge. The architect of Cash for Clunkers and betrayer of American ideals. Refusing to respond to the truth of his actions at an Congressional Oversight committee. Van Jones, (communist) consulting.
On another front on this war...Timothy Geitner, lying to congress. Flat out lying, saying that if the debt ceiling isn't raised by August 2nd we will default on our national debt. LIE! In order to default you have to prove there is no income, (there is). There is an inability to pay the interest on the debt (the ability is there). An unwillingness to service the debt by the loaner. (China to date has shown no interest in assuming the loss).
Why has no one attempted to restructure the loans? The big club at the top (the Fed, the World Bank, George Soros, the Chicoms) are all making money. They care not that entire economies are failing. In fact that is the aim of this conglomerate of banks, and governments. The aim is to allow the world economies to fail then swoop in with a “fix” of new money, new currency, new standards (everyone on the same level, regardless of output). It matters not that you've saved and worked your entire life, paid into a pension, or social security, your 401k, a simple savings account. It'll all be gone, to be replaced with this new monetary note, at a fraction of its original value. Kinda like what is happening now. Your dollar is worth about ¢42. Soon to be bought by the New World Bank. It's going to get much rougher than most folks are willing to say.

Spanning the globe
I'm all over the place today.
Charlie Sheen overpaid kook. The only thing separating him from Linsey Lohan and Brittney Spears is money. He has, they don't. I say, let the law have him. If I behaved that way I'd be in jail awaiting prison. Isn't cocaine illegal? Isn't beating your wife illegal? Isn't child endangerment illegal?
Obama's lack of leadership is abysmal. Again politicians without any military service are dictating a military action. No clear objective, surrendering control to NATO and European commanders. No Fly? No Clue! Our president didn't move until the Arab league gave the okee dokey to keep Quadaffi from murdering his own populace. That's leadership. Brazil? What the hell is he doin in Brazil when there needs to be some real leadership from his office. Granted Air Force One can do everything that his HUGE apparatus can do at the White House. But at least from the World perspective he needs to appear to be doing something more that shilling for his buddy George Soros who owns a huge piece of Petrobras (Brasililan Petrol). And patting them on the back for drilling in the ocean while forbidding any drilling in ours. Ensuring huge profits for his buddy George. Kill the search for American oil, where the investment isn't and laud the search and production of oil in Brazil where the investment IS. Can I make that any clearer?
IDF has boarded another ship off the coast of Egypt. The Liberian flagged ship bound for Alexandria was carrying 50 tonnes of ordinance and arms for Hamas from Iran. Indisputable. All this again under the guise of "Free Gaza". A known terrorist organization. Though it migh've started as a true relief organization, it has been subverted by Islamic Extremists, and terrorists sic Eileen Dorhnan and Michael Ayers, both convicted terrorists and anti Semites. Hillary Clinton has shown more balls that our president. How is that possible? Oh yeah she keeps Bill's balls in her pocket nowadays.
SEIU should now be characterized as a terrorist organization. Audio tape of Stephen Lerner speaking at a Left Conference, outlining how they will target and take down J.P. Morgan the Wallstreet, by dint of massive stoppage of mortgage payments nationwide. Or at least by union members....hmm the real agenda of unions comes out. End capitalism and start communism.
The "Budget". I am amazed at how the media has fallen in lockstep with our Presidenet never questioning always obeying. "If we keep on spending more than we take in, it's gonna cause serious damage to our economy." He says the need to get a handle on spending. I agree with the exception of two little letters in the previous statement. The "ed", they needED to get a handle on it 14.3 trillion dollars ago. Does ANYONE remember who signed those TRILLIONS away? Mr. Obama and a Democrat Congress. Cutting 50 Billion here a 100 billion there is like spitting at a forest fire. We need a lake full of change, not a thimble full. I guess I shouldn't be surprised every politician I've met with the exception of a few has behaved this way. Saying one thing and doing your mother...oops another. I really meant another.
Hamas now has laser guided mortars with the help of Iran and the Soviet Uni....er Russia. These short range guided missiles allow terrorists to target with specificity targets just within range of this highly transportable weapon system. The school bus they blew up had only 5 minutes before, held 15 Israeli school children. This is a game changer. Israel recently unveiled thier "Iron Dome" of protection for Israel. Largely successful after testing in the most "real world" way. Hamas/Hezbollah recently sent 11 coronet or upgraded katyusha (Russian made/designed) rockets into Southern Israel and shot down 8, allowed 1 to get through since its target was an orange grove, and 2 actually got through. I say that's pretty damn good shooting by our Jewish bretheren.
We could learn a lot from them, but do you think they will share technology with a hostile regime? Am I talking about Iran, or Syria? No, the US. This administration could not BE more hostile to Israel. The only democracy in the area who share a common interest and beliefs, and we are treating them like the unwelcome guest at our bar-b-que. "Just go sit over there while we talk to the guests we invited. Would you like some pulled pork?"
Its hard not to call Russia the USSR because they still behave that way. There has been a big hoax perpetrated on the world by the former USSR. While they "broke up", accepted "capitalism", made "democratic reforms", held "elections. They haven't changed a BIT! They arm our enemies, they send spies across our borders, the continue to have covert operations and assasinations in foreign countries. The only thing that has changed about them is the name.
Speaking of guests we invite: The President recently had the de-facto CEO of Al-Jazeera in the form of the Quatari President visit the White House. Does anyone remember Pravda? The propaganda arm of the USSR? (which still exists under different names). Al-Jazeera is the same thing only with better funding and TV stations, and the true support of millions of believers. Believe it or not, our local college TV station regularly carries Al-Jazeera. I guess when the balloon goes up our local radical Muslims will need to know where to turn for instructions. America will not explode from without, we will implode because of our “inclusiveness” and love of “diversity”. Takeyya is taken from the Koran Sura 3:28 which allows a Muslim to

Charlie Sheen overpaid kook. The only thing separating him from Lindsay Lohan and Brittney Spears is money. He has, they don't. I say, let the law have him. If I behaved that way I'd be in jail awaiting prison. Isn't cocaine possession and use illegal? Isn't beating your wife illegal? Isn't child endangerment illegal?
Obama's lack of leadership is abysmal. Again politicians without any military service are dictating a military action. No clear objective, surrendering control to NATO and European commanders. No Fly? No Clue! Our president didn't move until the Arab league gave the okee dokey to keep Quadaffi from murdering his own populace.
That's leadership. Brazil? What the hell is he doing in Brazil when there needs to be some real leadership from his office. Granted Air Force One and her crew can do everything that his HUGE apparatus can do at the White House. Thoughts on the UN, and the Deepwater Horizon.
If anything shows the continued marginalization of the United Nations it is the newly elected seat to Iran on the UN Commission on the Status of Women. If Islam's theocratic stranglehold on Iranian government is a prerequisite to being welcomed on the council, then I suggest we place Saudi Arabia, Yemen, Oman, UAE, Sudan and Somalia on it too. I ask anyone who takes the time to review the Beijing Declaration to truly see if Iran has implemented the suggested actions from 15 years ago. If anything they have imposed more barriers to women. And yet, they get a seat on the very council purportedly to help women. Makes you rethink other UN councils...such as UN Council on Human Rights, where Qatar, Saudi Arabia, and Cuba have seats.

The failure of the blowout preventer on the Deepwater Horizon. Horrible, this is what deregulation and blindness does. Who's idea was it that it was OK to not place remote control oil shut off valves at the outlet of the pipe? That person should be drawn and quartered. I foresee this will far outweigh the damage caused by the Exxon Valdez, in 1989. EPA and OSHA should be held accountable as well as the Oil Company. Again it appears that pursuit of the almighty Euro/Dollar/Rial/Shekel/Dinar/Pound has caused yet another disaster.
Investigations will reveal that greed and cost cutting measures will ultimately be to blame for this disaster, not a drunken captain. While the latter is easier to understand, the former cannot be condoned. This is the tremendous cost of not doing a job right.
Contracting to the lowest bidder has bitten BP and Transocean before, but nothing of this magnitude. It will eventually dawn on the Executives that payout of billions of dollars will far outweigh any profit gained. They will be held liable for huge awards in law suits from governments local, and federal, fishermen, businesses that depend on the Gulf waters, and I suspect even individual residents directly impacted will also bring suit. BP, along with Transocean will then fold with bankruptcy and no justice will ever be served. Their myopic pursuit of profit has ruined the Gulf. This is more than just the cost of doing business. Consequences of this disaster will far outweigh the potential profit. Had they just done the right thing in the first place, i.e. spend the money to do it right the first time. All would have been averted. I think a retrofit is in order for remaining platforms.
The loss of fish, shrimp, oyster and clam spawning grounds, hunting, and tourism will truly provide the coup de grace to coastal Louisiana and Mississippi. Count the cost in job loss, business loss, environmental loss, animal life loss, and National loss. We mourn.
On the bright side; this may be the one thing that will get the Casino gambling leeches out of the states.

Who's idea was it that it was OK to not place remote control oil shut off valves at the outlet of the pipe? That person should be drawn and quartered. I foresee this will far outweigh the damage caused by the Exxon Valdez, in 1989. EPA and OSHA should be held accountable as well as the Oil Company. Again it appears that pursuit of the almighty Euro/Dollar/Rial/Shekel/Dinar/Pound has caused yet another disaster.
Investigations will reveal that greed and cost cutting measures will ultimately be to blame for this disaster, not a drunken captain. While the latter is easier to understand, the former cannot be condoned. This is the tremendous cost of not doing a job right.
Contracting to the lowest bidder has bitten BP and Transocean before, but nothing of this magnitude. It will eventually dawn on the Executives that payout of billions of dollars will far outweigh any profit gained. They will be held liable for huge awards in law suits from governments local, and federal, fishermen, businesses that depend on the Gulf waters, and I suspect even individual residents directly impacted will also bring suit. BP, along with Transocean will then fold with bankruptcy and no justice will ever be served. Their myopic pursuit of profit has ruined the Gulf. This is more than just the cost of doing business. Consequences of this disaster will far outweigh the potential profit. Had they just done the right thing in the first place, i.e. spend the money to do it right the first time. All would have been averted. I think a retrofit is in order for remaining platforms.
The loss of fish, shrimp, oyster and clam spawning grounds, hunting, and tourism will truly provide the coup de grace to coastal Louisiana and Mississippi. Count the cost in job loss, business loss, environmental loss, animal life loss, and National loss. We mourn.
On the bright side; this may be the one thing that will get the Casino gambling leeches out of the states.

Obama failure a generational failure.
I have been reading that Obama has failed us as a President, and he's done this and hasn't done that. While not minimizing the horrific amount of damage this Occidental/Harvard College graduate has done. I suggest that the real crisis in America is the fact that we have bred enough dumb asses to outnumber people of common sense that vote. It started when we started sending our children to colleges. Our children went off to college and learned from liberal college professors how to be smart little Marxists. They exit university with no education other than that they have learned how to hold out their hands...palm up.
Now the true re-education needs to happen if we are to save this nation. We need men and women who will stand up and tell the truth. And call out people when they are wrong. Like that idiot Ward Leroy Churchill from Colorado State. Although it seems it took an entire nation to get his sorry ass fired. Well...THERE. I've laid out the problem. What are we going to do about it? If we can get this done, then all we have to do is survive the current brood of idiots.

DOJ hires Al Qaeda defense team members.
If America isn't against terrorism, and fighting it in all its permutations, then we are truly lost. The "lawyers" who represent and have represented Al Qaeda's bunch who are now in the Justice department, are the worst of the profession. Self aggrandizement and dancing in the spotlight is all they are after, or possibly screeching in court to get "the Messiah's" attention (by proxy). Rham (God is with Us) Emmanuel and DOJ head AG Holder hired these buffoons to do what? (Or maybe these are the criminals hiring the buffoons.) Make more policy to defend terrorists? Write policy regarding the closing of Guantanamo Bay, and trying them in the US? Taking from the military the responsibility to try and execute these beasts? Yes, to all the above. Short note on Health Care
Senator Warner compares government run health care to getting a drivers license. Which of us hasn’t heard that driving is a privilege not a right? The same is true about health care. While it IS a need, it isn’t a right. Food is a need not a right, oxygen is a need not a right. People need help. It is within our scope of responsibility to help those in need, it’s is a Christian mandate. To depend on Government to provide for our every need is dangerous, because they don’t give what they don’t first take away from someone else.
Are you that someone? Are you trying to earn a living? Are you trying to support a family? If you answered yes to any of these questions, then you are the unwitting donor. This is Congressionally mandated theft. While I expect through my taxes to maintain a police force, road repair, parks and recreation and the military. I don’t expect to provide health care for illegal immigrants, nor those who won’t work, nor those who have 5 babies to get more welfare. This is thievery by congressional fiat.

Tragedy in Lakewood and Orlando
Media attention on Tiger Woods' accident versus the cold blooded murder of 4 law enforcement officers. In any given hour over the last 3 days on any news channel, you would have 10 minutes of Tiger Woods domestic abuse speculation and one minute on the tragic murder of Lakewood Police officers Greg Richards, Mark Renninger, Tina Griswold and Ronald Owens.
While the manhunt was going on stations briefly put the picture of Clemmons on the screen, “so you can get a real good look” and maybe identify him to help the investigation. Oh but Tiger Woods was released from the hospital and not talking to FHP. Yeah that's real important.

Not because he's black
I don’t’ dislike Obama because he’s black, I dislike him because he’s a destructive communist elitist who hates America. Apologizing, overspending, narcissistic, nepotistic, backpedalling, lying, verbose, condescending, uppity (yes I said uppity, look it up.) Trying to score points to stay elected by handing out largesse that he had nothing to do with creating and does not exist. Liberals would have you believe that the Bush/Gore election was stolen by a Bush loyal (Catherine Harris) at the board of elections in Florida then run by his brother Governor Jeb Bush. This is one incident that warranted inspection and judgment by the US Supreme Court. Acorn who has offices in every state of the union and more than one office in more populous states, hasn’t even been investigated at the Federal level (anybody smell an Eric Holder?)
I really suspect he is something other than what he says he is. The birth certificate is one big question that has yet to be answered, and no I am not on the crazy train. I just know the requirements for the job, and haven’t seen any evidence that he fits the bill. I have seen evidence contrary to the Constitution Article 2, Section 1.

Dyspeptic in Florida
I find my dyspepsia is directly proportional to the amount of time I don’t get to vent. I have the urge to kick dogs and glare at children. My wife sees in me strange symptoms. I growl often, glower constantly and bark occasionally. I’m becoming canine in my abhorrence of recent legislation. To start with: The Bailout - my God! What wicked communistic Harvard educated minds came up with this one? Oh yeah, the ones you elected. You wanted “change”, well here it comes. So much so fast that you can’t absorb it all, by design. I’m sure this was in the works for years. There must have been strategy sessions for the eventuality of a Democrat President and a filibuster proof Democrat congress. I can see the steam pumping from behind the door of this session, scheming for the downfall of “evil America”, the war mongering, capitalist, global Christian oligarchy. We must kill it, bring it to its knees, for by doing so, only then can we lift up the proletarians of the world imagined by Marxist college professors all over the nation.
I am not anti-education. I am pro-truth. I believe that you don’t bite the hand that feeds you. I believe that you must serve first before you can complain, and by service I mean care for your fellow man. Fewer Americans have this mindset than ever before. It used to be that if a man were hungry, you would feed him a meal and he would do needed chores around the house/farm as it were, so as to sustain or provide for his dignity. Now, that same man is standing on a street corner with his hand out and the other in his pocket around a weapon. The Democrat ideal. Again, this isn’t a crisis of morality; it’s a crisis of need. This poor man needs food, and the only way he’ll get it is from the “Government”. That appears to be the answer to all questions. Health care? The Government is the answer. You need food? The Government again is the answer. And shelter? Here we go again… the Government. Drugs, yep here’s some free Viagra.
We (the Democrat) must think about the future, breed more loyal mouths beholding to us, the Government. Educate them to our way of thinking; stifle opposition, in all its permutations and methods; literature, television, radio, internet, and what you can’t stifle you attack openly as evil. That is the modus operandi.
Whatever happened to reasoned discussion? Compromise? This is also a skill that we as conservatives need hone.

Not Really Tired of it.....yet
O.K. I thought I'd be jaded and tired of speaking out about our government, (or lack thereof) but as I sit back and watch what is happening to our laws, schools, economy, foreign policy, military, health care, how can I remain silent? The better question is: how can YOU remain silent? When will you see that you've been sold a bill of goods.
Spending is not the way out of debt. When you have a bad loan that you default on, make the best terms possible with the bank and agree on a repayment plan. You don't get to write it off and say “Oh well. I won't have to pay this back, and I can still live in my house because...the Prez will take care of everything, from mitigating the interest rate to forgiving the entire loan."
He’s been currying favor among ne'er do wells to shore up his voting base by forgiving their loans and ensuring they get to vote (many times and in different jurisdictions. I know that people (otherwise unqualified to vote) are bussed in from different counties under the auspices of the “Job Corps” and ACORN, with local addresses just to vote in both local and national elections. The Democrats cried about a “stolen election” when G. W. Bush was elected.
The Main Stream Media has turned a blind eye to these egregious violations, but continue to tout their “boy”. And I mean “boy”, not in the Old South, meaning, but with the intent that they “own” this man, by virtue of getting him elected due to ignoring all the red flags connected with his Presidency. i.e., where exactly was he born? No redacted birth certificate. Once and for all, will he not provide definitive information on the locale of his birth? And a few other questions....
· Eye witnesses (his Grandmother et al) have said his birth was in Africa, which places him in violation of the Constitutional requirements to be President. A redacted birth certificate is on file with the election commission. How is that possible? A pure and unaltered copy is required for verification to the highest office in the world.
· The slime ball in which whose living room Obama’s political life was launched: one Michael Ayers, who now infects young peoples' minds with anti-American vitriol, espouses Communism and violent overthrow of our government, is responsible for bombing police stations in the 60's, and said he “would do it all over again”.
· Where is his donor list? This is a big deal. Bill Clinton still hasn't provided HIS donor list, which should have been a prerequisite Hillary Clinton for becoming Secretary of State.
When are Americans going to look up from the Main Stream Media newspapers, and MSNBC, CNN, and ABC News, and realize they've been snookered? With the main stream media's complicity he was elected. This needs to change. The role of media in elections needs to be attenuated to reflect the truth…. I know “novel concept”. Well, cheers for now. God Bless.

This information was released on February 2nd. Did anyone hear it on the news? Was it touched on in the "morning brief"? Probably touched on, but certainly not deemed newsworthy by our friends in the Media.
I guess there are only a few of us paying attention. While we are whining and complaining (rightly so) about the Porkulus Stimulus package and the bad behavior of elected officials (see, Dodd, Frank) our President, Mr. Barack Hussein Obama, has been having one over on us. It seems he is giving our enemies the fast track for entry to the U.S., along with a nice bonus of 20.3 million dollars (chump change right?); this in a memorandum to Hillary Clinton to relieve hardship by those poor terrorists being bombed into the stone age by Israel. Which side of the fence are we on? I certainly hope when Israel finally gets fed up with Iran's threats to "wipe them off the face of the earth", and Israel eradicates the pests, we (I mean the Federal Government) won't side with the Islamic terrorists. Netanyahu's recent election means pretty much that Israel is girding for war. They want a patriot in place when Iran sends CBM's into Israel; one that will withstand world opinion when they preemptively strike the numerous nuclear facilities.
One more on a growing list of outrages this president has precipitated.

Democrat Sleight of Hand
The power Rush Limbaugh wields is in his voice. He illuminates with clarity and humor; edifies with parable and comparison, and blandishes with parody.
Amazing that, while we are in such dire straits with the war in Iraq, (Oh yeah? Do we still have soldiers in harm's way?) and true economic catastrophe looming, the leaders of this great nation have time to notice and spend air time pointing fingers at a talk radio host--a man not elected and not electable.
Are we being duped yet again? Are we still watching the left hand while the right lifts our wallets?
The simple answer is yes.
Another blind. More subterfuge. Does anybody see a pattern? The Obama administration, along with some other very smart people, (i.e. George Stephanopolous, who is still working for the Democrat machine via daily conference calls with the leadership, while holding the position in ABC News as a "political commentator", not labeled honestly as the liberal stooge he is). In addition to James Carville, arguably the meanest man on retainer for the DNC.
The news seems to ignore select issues such as the already broken promises by Obama, Pelosi and Reid, the unholy mess that is the Stimulus package and the respective earmarks, the Health Information Technology for Economic and Clinical Health Act that has nothing to do with the economy, or the lack of the much touted transparency and bipartisanship.
Republicans were not even, allowed to see the text of the bill until 9 hours before being required to vote on the floor.
What kind of good faith and transparency is this? There is more transparency in the Gambino crime families' affairs.
Did anyone see the earmark for the expansion of funding for ACORN. Or the 9 Billion dollars to assist high risk or dishonest borrowers out of the mess they made by buying more house than they could afford. I think new home owners should be required to take a class to ensure understanding of the financial terminology such as “Adjustable Rate Mortgage”and consequences before they fix their signatures.
The existing media continues to turn a blind eye to such things as the 500 Million dollar loan requested by the FDIC. Who says the banks are fine? Am I the only one watching? Meanwhile, Rome burns.
